· How do I get started?

and dial 1 for sales. A customer service representative will be happy to
help you and we will discuss what you want for your design. We require a
deposit to get started on your order (which will be deducted from the total
price at the end). We can accept any major credit card by phone.

· How much is the deposit to get
started?
This depends on what product you
are ordering.
For business cards, postcards, letterhead, envelopes, stickers, magnets &
vehicle magnets the deposit is $75.
For logos, doorhangers and 3D printing, the deposit is $100.
For brochures, the deposit is $150.
· Is shipping included in the
price?
No. Shipping is dependent on
the weight of the package and the location where we are shipping. Please
speak to a customer service agent for exact rates for your product and location.
· What is the turnaround time for
your design work?
We have one of the best design
turnaround times in the industry with proofs guaranteed within 24 hours.
The only exceptions are Logo
Designs, 3D Designs and Website Designs, which can take 48-72 hours.
Proofs are emailed to you as a
jpeg.
· What is the turnaround time for
me to get my cards?
Many websites advertise 24-48 hour
turnaround times. We feel this is misleading because many customers think
they will actually receive their printing in 48 hours! This is not the
case at all. These websites are not including shipping time in their
turnaround times and ground shipping across the country takes a considerable
amount of time. Our printing turnaround time is typically 2-4 days, but we
prefer to tell people turnaround time is 2 weeks printing and shipping.
Many times it is quicker, but this all depends where you are located.
Expedited printing and shipping is available (you can get overnight printing AND
shipping but it can get expensive!) Contact a customer service agent for
more details.
· How do you compare with other
online printers?
We offer only the highest quality
offset full color printing on super-thick 16pt card stock with glossy UV
coating. (excluding items such as brochures, posters and sell sheets which
are printed on lighter stock) The majority of our printing is double
sided, unless otherwise noted. Some printers advertise cheaper prices, but
they are offering business cards or flyers on a flimsy 10 or 12pt stock.
Our product is in a completely different class.
But, the main thing that sets us
apart is we include graphic design with all printing at no extra charge!
Many companies advertise printing prices but don't tell you they will
charge you hundreds of dollars more for their design services! We
prefer to offer a package deal that's affordable and easy to understand.
· I want business cards designed
but I don't have a company logo. Do you design logos?
Absolutely. We specialize in
designing cutting edge logos that people will remember! Take a look at our

· Your price on 5000 business
cards is great! But I don't want that many cards. Do you offer a
smaller quantity?
Yes, we can print quantities as
low as 1000. However, this is professional offset printing and the set-up
is most of the price - we create plates for your print and of course we design
your cards, so the set-up costs make it almost as expensive for us to print 1000
cards as it is to print 5000 cards. The more you order, the better the
price gets. So we recommend ordering larger quantities.
· If I order 5000 cards, can I
split it up into 10 different names?
No, once again, this is
professional offset printing. If this was a cheap digital print, you could
do this, BUT it would also look like a cheap digital print. Every order
has plates made and is it's own print run. There's no way to print
different names on one set of cards. You can order multiple sets, but each
will be it's own order. We do offer discounts on multiple sets.
· If I'm not happy with the
product will you reprint them?
If there is an actual problem with
the printing, such as blurriness, ink spots or smudging, etc, yes, we will
reprint your product at absolutely no charge. If there is a misspelling or
your phone number changes or there's any grammatical errors, etc, we will not
reprint for free, but will often offer you a discounted price. We send
proofs for you to approve, it is your responsibility to read them over
carefully. We will revise them to correct errors, but if there's an error
on a proof that you've approved, we assume no fault for the printing. We
print exactly what you see on your proof.
· How long do I have after
receiving the product to report a problem with the printing?
Please let us know within 48 hours
of receiving your product. If you receive the product and there's a
problem and you wait a week or more to let us know, there's not much we can do
at that point.
